We have made the application process simple and accessible for all prospective students of Miezah University College.

The admission form fee is GH₵200.00 for Ghanaian applicants and US$60.00 for international applicants

Option 1: Online / Download-and-Submit Application

1. Pay for your admission form here: Ghanaian applicants   International applicants  
2. The form downloads automatically; open it in a PDF reader on your computer.
3. Complete the form, print it, and sign it.
4. Submit the completed form following the submission instructions on the last page of the form.

Option 2: In-Person Application (Walk-in)

1. Obtain the admission form from:

   • The Administration Block of the College, or

   • Tophill Hospital, Kronum Cementmu

2. Pay the admission form fee using:

   • Cash at the office, or

   • MTN Mobile Money:

     • Merchant Number: 055 293 9093

     • Merchant Name: Miezah College of Health

3. Complete the form, sign it, and submit it following the submission instructions on the last page of the form.
